Howdy folks!

About us?

Well, we are just folks.
We have four grown children and seven grandchildren, five “grandpuppies” and numerous “grandkitties.” Connie likes to sew and work with people, and Dick has been a commercial designer and fine arts artist since the beginning of time. We traveled the western and wildlife art circuit for more than twenty years. We like to work together and have done so for 49 years. We have had the opportunity to meet great folks, develop, organize, and work on many special projects.

During our time in Washington State, Connie, started a 4H Horse group. For nine years the group, which consisted of twenty-two youth, participated in public speaking, judging, demonstrations, poster making, horse care, and many horse shows and playday activities, with much needed help from most of the parents. Dick was the right-hand grunt helping Connie and the kids with the heavier chores and horse handling.

For better than eight years we were members of four different area Chambers of Commerce. We organized, developed and promoted Christmas, Halloween and Founder’s Day, etc. events and published several Chamber of Commerce Directories each year. For nine years we helped to organize a community Fourth of July event and did all the promotion for the event, including brochures, media ads and program books. Dick painted and produced a collector poster each year for the same event.

As we approached retirement, we decided to experience new adventure. We took over the management of
a small motel near Grand Teton National Park in the Teton Valley of Idaho. What a great experience!
We met folks from all over the world. We hosted many courtyard parties, campfires, barbecues, served special
dinners, and had many great conversations with the guests.

While at the motel, Dick had an idea to developed a decorative tile line, using his designs and fine art paintings
which he had produce over the years, as tile murals and decorative tile designs for kitchen and
bathroom for home and cabin interiors. Well, it went over really well! We have sold decorative tiles for homes,
cabins, lodges, ranches, etc. all over the country.

Now, retired from the motel industry, we decided to expanding into designer decorative pillows. Creating and
producing our own designs on the fabric. Our pillows are unique. Many are one of a kind and limited editions.
Featuring, wildlife, western, Native American, fly fishing and children’s designs that make Dreamcatcher Pillows unique and available from our facility. We have a great time developing and experimenting with new designs, so check back often to see what's new.
